I'd suggest you simply start speaking more. When you speak and divert your mind from grammar, your English becomes live and more fluent. Of course, grammar can't be ignored as it's existing in all aspects English, you just need to shift your main focus from it to speaking. And if you've no one to talk to, you can speak with yourself.
